LESS GUESSWORK.
BETTER BUILDING.
Clear documents, clear responsibilities and a shared understanding of what happens next.
PUT IT
IN WRITING.
Your signed project documents set out the agreed scope, payment schedule and applicable cover. We will talk you through them before work begins.
A written scope
Work, materials, allowances and exclusions are agreed before the build. The scope is the reference point for delivery.
An agreed project price
Your written quotation defines the price for the agreed scope. Requested changes and additional work are priced and approved separately.
Payments linked to stages
Payment amounts and milestones are set out in your project agreement, including the final stage and handover requirements.
One named project lead
You have a point of contact for coordination, progress and decisions through the project.
Insurance & trade records
Ask for current insurance certificates and the relevant trade qualifications before work starts.
A proper handover
Final checks, snagging and the applicable certification and warranty information form part of the handover discussion.
YOUR HOUSE.
OUR NEXT JOB.
Start with an indicative budget. Then let’s look at the space, the scope and the details.
